Mixed Chicks Return Policy?
Mixed Chicks is confident that customers will love their products, but in the event that a return is necessary, they have a limited warranty in place. For Flat Iron returns due to defects and covered damage, customers are directed to contact the manufacturer, H2PRO Beauty Life.
In order to process a return, the following information is required:
- Model No.
- Purchase date and location
- Receipt / Proof of purchase
- $15 money order (US Customers)
- $35 money order (Canadian Customers)
For customers outside of North America, they are advised to contact H2PRO Beauty Life directly. Please note that H2Pro does not accept personal checks.
If unsure about the product, Mixed Chicks recommends trying their sample packs before making a full purchase. They offer samples for some of their hair care products.
